The Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA) regulates drone operations in Greece. As an EASA Member State, Greece implements Regulation (EU) 2019/947 and (EU) 2019/945. Before any flight, pilots must check airspace through the DAGR (Drone Aware Greece) platform operated by HASP; flights near airports, archaeological sites and other yellow/magenta zones require HCAA authorization requested at least 5 days in advance.
